Reference

[1] This is a reference dated 19 April 2019 by the Honourable Minister of Human Resources made under s 20(3) of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 (Act 117) arising out the dismissal of Sean Su Wei Jiang (hereinafter referred to as the "Claimant") by PM Link Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as the "Respondent") on 11 October 2019.

[2] This is reference by the Honourable Minister of Human Resources under s 20(3) of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 on 11 October 2019 arising out of the dismissal of SEAN SU WEI JIANG (the Claimant) on 19 April 2019 by PM LINK SDN BHD (the Respondent).

The Chronology On Application

[3] The Claimant filed a Notice of Application ("the NOA") dated 14 December 2021 (Encl 65(A)) for an order pursuant to r 21B of the Industrial Rules 1967 and/or s 29(g) of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 . This is an application by the Company for an order that:
