Parties were before the Court in Case No; 1:3/4-296/85.Award No, 56 of 1987 was made after the hearing and Claimant was awarded R33,317.58,less Employees Provident Fund Contributions.The Claimant lodged a complaint dated 24th Harch 1987 that the Company has failed to comply with the Award.

2. When parties appear before us, the followinq terms of syttlement were arrived at:-

The Company has paid R11,000.00 to the Claimant out of the R33,317.58 due under Award No. 56 of 1987. After deduction of the Employees Providant Fund Contributions payable, theCompany hereby agrees to pay the balance due by two equal instalments on or before 10th July 1987 and 10th August 1987.
