AWARD

The parties in this case are C.B. Industrial Product Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") and Edwin ak Entering (hereinafter referred to as "the claimant"). The claimant alleged that he had been dismissed without just cause or excuse on 29 December 1999.

This case was set down for mention on 5 May 2004 and 7 December 2004. On both occasion parties were absent and the statement of case was not filed. In the premise, the court accordingly orders the claim of the claimant be struck off.
