The parties in this case are Best Quality Batching Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") and Janin ak Bayang (hereinafter referred to as "the claimant"). The claimant alleged that he had been dismissed without just cause or excuse on 25 May 2001.

This case was set down for mention on 8 December 2004. On this day, the claimant was absent. In the premise, the court accordingly orders the claim of the claimant be struck off with liberty to file afresh.
