The claim against the first claimant was struck-off on 11 October videMohd Maziz Abdullah & Anor v. Newview Development Sdn Bhd .
A letter dated 8 November 2004 was sent to the second claimant and the company informing them of the second mention.
A representative of the company acknowledged receipt of the letter. The letter was left in the mail box of the second claimant at her last known address. Both parties were not present.
The claim against the second claimant was struck-off with liberty to reinstate.
