The Reference

[1] This is an order of reference dated 26 June 2019 by Honourable Minister of Human Resources pursuant to s 20(3) of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 arising out of the alleged dismissal of Norazila Binti Mohamad Hizam ("Claimant") by Affin Bank Berhad ("Bank") on the 14 February 2019.

[2] The parties in this matter filed their respective written submissions dated 13 March 2020 (Claimant's Skeletal Submission), 16 March 2020 (Bank's Skeletal Submission), 4 August 2020 (Bank's Executive Summary).

[3] The Court considered all the notes of proceedings in this matter, documents and the cause papers in handling down this Award namely:
