Prologue
[1] Some died poor. Some died rich. The fact remains that we all have to leave everything behind when we should die one day. Some would leave behind a legacy of faith, hope and love; others a legacy of wealth.
[2] Sometimes a sad thing happens: children, bickering and battling over who should administer the estate of the deceased father or spouse, what constitutes the asset of the deceased. Such is the scenario that has come before the court for decision.
