"Bahawa kamu pada 17 September 2005, jam lebih kurang 0215 pagi, di lorong di hadapan Screwball 8, di Jalan Gotlieb, di dalam Daerah Timur Laut, di dalam negeri Pulau Pinang, telah melakukan kesalahan bunuh iaitu menyebabkan kematian ke atas Rizal bin Wahiddin (KP.
