This case was fixed for mention on 28 September 2004 and 29 November 2004. Both parties were absent on both occasions. However the claimant by way letter dated 24 November 2004 had withdrawn his claims against the company. The letter reads:-

In response to your letter dated Sept. 2004, I, Alain Claude Henri Marie, hereby wish to withdraw my claims against GiantSpot Dot Com (M) Sdn. Bhd. in the case referred to above. I would therefore like to request for the meeting scheduled on Nov. 29^th, 2004 at 8.30 in the Industrial Court in Kuala Lumpur to be cancelled.
