Introduction

The Claimant's Application

[1]Vide a Notice of Application duly received by this court dated 4 July 2022 (Encl 44A) the claimant had applied for the following orders:

1. An order that the company produces a full set of the Notes of the Domestic Inquiry that was held in respect of the claimant from 14 January 2019 till 2 August 2019; and

2. An order that the company produces all the exhibits that were presented by both sides at the said domestic inquiry.

[2] The said application in encl 44A was supported by an Affidavit in Support affirmed on 1 July 2022 by Juanita Louise Chua Ai Ling who is the co-solicitor having the conduct of the matter for the claimant in this case ("the said deponent") who affirmed that the facts deposed therein are the truth within the said deponent's personal knowledge and/or from the information, records and documents to which the said deponent has access to, contents of which are believed to be true and accurate.
