A claim for constructive dismissal requires proof of a significant breach by the employer and cannot arise from mere employee objection to management decisions.

Headnote:The judgment concerns claims for loss of salary and bonuses due to alleged wrongful termination. The court found that the plaintiff failed to prove his case for constructive dismissal as he did not satisfy necessary legal criteria. The defendant’s counterclaim was upheld. The court emphasized principles regarding employment contracts, particularly concerning breaches and employer prerogatives in management.
