[1] On 2 May 2013, the court made an order of certiorari to quash the decision of the Lembaga Rayuan Negeri Selangor (1st respondent) dismissing the applicants appeal against the decision of the Majlis Bandaraya Petaling Jaya (2nd respondent) and an order of mandamus to compel the 2nd respondent to consider applicants application for planning permission to change the land use from open space to commercial use.
