[1] This is an appeal against my decision made on 21 March 2013 where after hearing oral submissions from parties in respect of the oral Preliminary Objection ("the PO") raised by counsel for the plaintiffs, I allowed the PO and precluded the defendant from defending the action and gave judgment to the plaintiffs as prayed in the writ of summons and statement of claim (encl 1).
