[1] Civil Appeal No B-02(IM)(NCVC)-1977-09-2018 ("Appeal 1977") is the appellant's (defendant) appeal against the decision for encl 50.
[2] Enclosure 50 is the appellant's application to strike out the respondent's (plaintiff) Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim dated 28 October 2016 under O 18 r 19(1)(a), (b) and/or (d) ROC 2012 and/or under the court's inherent jurisdiction. The learned judge had dismissed encl 50. Hence Appeal 1977.
