[1] The appellant, who is the petitioner in the Court below, petitioned the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur to wind up the respondent under s 218 of the Companies Act 1965 . The learned High Court Judge dismissed the petition on the grounds appearing in his written grounds of judgment dated 13 April 2010. Dissatisfied with the decision, the petitioner filed this appeal.
