AWARD

The parties in this case are JC Laboratory Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") and Alice Wee Sey Hua (hereinafter referred to as "the claimant"). The claimant alleged that she had been dismissed without just cause or excuse on 18 February 2002.

On 8 December 2004 the court received a letter from the claimant's counsel informing the court that the claim is amicably settled and wish to withdraw her claim against the company. In the premise, the court accordingly orders the claim of the claimant be struck off.
