AWARD

The parties in this case are THK & Associates Holdings Sdn. Bhd. (hereinafter referred to as "the company") and Megong anak Grek (hereinafter referred to as "the claimant"). The claimant alleged that he had been dismissed without just cause or excuse on 29 February 2000.

This case was set down for mention on 26 October 2004 and 29 November 2004. On both occasion the claimant was absent and no statement of case is filed. In the premise, the court accordingly orders the claim of the claimant be struck off with liberty to file afresh.
