A. Introduction

[1] This is an appeal by the Plaintiff in the Court below against the decision of the High Court on 31 October 2022 in dismissing her defamation claim against the Defendants. We heard the appeal on 22 September 2022 and reserved our decision to 12 December 2023. We unanimously allowed the appeal and now provide the grounds of our decision. The parties will be referred to as they were in the High Court.
