[1] This is an appeal by the Public Prosecutor against the decision of the High Court of Seremban in allowing the appeal of the respondent (Mahathir Muhammad) against the decision of the Magistrate's Court of Kuala Pilah. On 16 July 2012 we dismissed the Public Prosecutor's appeal; and we now give our grounds.
