AWARD

On 22 December 2004, Miss P. Vasuvi of M/s D. M. Rao, K. Vasandi & Associates for the claimant appeared before me. Miss P. Vasuvi also received a letter dated 21 December 2004 from the company's counsel requesting her to mention this case on behalf of the company. That letter was shown to me and is marked as Appendix A.

Miss P. Vasuvi informed the court that each of the claimant had been compensated by the company in the amount of RM5,500 per person. The case had been settled.

Both the claimants withdrew their claim against the company.

It is hereby ordered that the claims by both the claimants against the company are hereby struck off without liberty to file a fresh.

The dates of hearing which had been fixed on 13 and 14 July 2005 is hereby vacated.
