This was an application for reinstatement by letter dated 4 November 2004. The claim was struck-off on 29 October 2004 as both parties were absent videBeh Weng Seng v. Tiong Nam Trading & Transport (M) Sdn Bhd . The representative of the company did not object to the application. The claim was reinstated.

The parties agreed to settle the matter amicably.

By consent and without admission of liability, the company shall pay the claimant the sum of RM2,000 within one month from the date hereof.
