AWARD

This was a reference by the Honourable Minister of Human Resources pursuant to s. 20(3), Industrial Relations Act 1967 arising out of the dismissal of Encik Narayana Moorthy a/l Raman (hereinafter referred to as "the claimant") by Servis Pancar Semarak (hereinafter referred to as "the opposing party") on 15 April 2003.

Notice dated 9 November 2004 in Form F were sent to both parties by A.R. post. The claimant acknowledged receipt. The notice to the company was returned by the postal authorities undelivered. Both parties were not present.

The claim was struck-off with liberty to reinstate.
