A. Introduction

The Applications

[1] In this case, there are four applications for this court's determination. The four applications are namely;

(i) Enclosure 24:

The 3rd defendant's striking out application under O 18 r 19(1)(a) of the Rules of 2012 (ROC 2012).

(ii) Enclosure 25:

The 1st and 2nd defendants' striking out application under O 18 r 19(1)(a), (b), (c) and (d) of the Rules of 2012 (ROC 2012).

(iii) Enclosure 26:

The 4th defendant's striking out application under O 18 r 19(1)(a), (b), (c) and (d) of the Rules of 2012 (ROC 2012).

(iv) Enclosure 32:

The 5th defendant's striking out application under O 18 r 19 (1) (a), (b), (c) and (d) of the Rules of 2012 (ROC 2012).

The Parties

The Plaintiffs

[2] The 1st plaintiff (Radiant Splendour Sdn Bhd) is a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1965 having its registered address at 6-1-1, Tingkat 1, Diamond Square, Jalan Semarak Api 3, Off Jalan Gombak, Kuala Lumpur.

[3] The 2nd plaintiff (Deepak Jaikishan a/l Jaikishan Rewachand) is a Malaysian citizen who is a Director of the 1st plaintiff with an address for service at No: 6, Simpang Tunku Putra, Taman Duta, 50480 Kuala Lumpur.
