Introduction
[1] In this judicial review application, Mohammad Aslam Raja ("the claimant") is seeking to set aside, by an order of certiorari the award of the Industrial Court dated 21 December 2023, which dismissed his claim of dismissal without just cause and excuse against his employer, Velesto Drilling Sdn Bhd ("the company").
[2] On 7 May 2025, I dismissed the judicial application. The reasons for my decision are as follows.

[3] The claimant commenced his employment with the company as an Offshore Installation Manager on 1 August 2019. He was assigned to Rig Naga 4.
