Introduction
[1] This was an action commenced by seventeen plaintiffs against the defendant company, which is currently in liquidation. The plaintiffs sought for an order compelling the defendant to provide them with copies of the strata titles for their respective units within a development project known as "10 Semantan", previously referred to as "Semantan Avenue".
