[1] This is a reference from the Minister of Human Resources Malaysia pursuant to s 20(3) of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 ("the Act") in respect of the dismissal of MUHAMAD SOFIAN BIN ABD AZIZ ("the Claimant") by ELEKTRISOLA MALAYSIA SDN BHD ("the Company") on 28 September 2020.
