JUDGMENT
[1] On 28 August 2025 this Court dismissed the plaintiff's application for an injunction under O 29 r 1 Rules of 2012 (RoC) and the inherent jurisdiction of the Court . Trial dates have been fixed for the substantive matter.
[2] The plaintiff sought orders restraining the defendants from:
(a) Harassing, intimidating, or otherwise interfering with the plaintiff's personal and professional affairs
(b) Initiating or continuing any malicious legal proceedings against the plaintiff without reasonable cause
(c) Lodging further baseless police reports against the plaintiff
(d) Disseminating false or defamatory statements about the plaintiff
(e) Threatening the plaintiff and/or her daughter
(f) Causing physical harm or psychological harm to the plaintiff and/or her daughter
The plaintiff's Case
[3] The plaintiff's application was based on a meeting that took place in August 2023 at a friend's house. Present at this meeting were the 4th defendant, the plaintiff, the plaintiff's daughter, and a common friend.
