PENGENALAN
[1]Saya telah menolak permohonan Defendan bertarikh 7.10.2024 untuk membatalkan Perintah Kebenaran Perlaksanaan Penghakiman selepas tempoh enam tahun bertarikh 07.08.2024 bagi Penghakiman bertarikh 17.02.2016
[2]Perintah ini dikeluarkan selaras dengan Notis Permohonan Plaintif 24.07.2024 di bawah Aturan 46 Kaedah 2(1)(a) KKM 2012 Latar Belakang
[3]Plaintif telah memfailkan Writ dan Pernyataan Tuntutan pada 16.07.2015 di Mahkamah Sesyen untuk menuntut jumlah RM450,000.00 daripada Defendan-Defendan.
[4]Plaintif kemudiannya pada 29.09.2015 memfailkan Notis Permohonan untuk memasukkan Penghakiman Terus terhadap Defendan.
[5]Permohonan Penghakiman Terus tersebut ditolak oleh Hakim Mahkamah Sesyen pada 04.12.2015. Plaintif seterusnya telah merayu kepada Mahk
