GROUNDS OF JUDGMENT
INTRODUCTION
[1]This is an appeal by the Appellant Hadi Bakhshi Kheimeisari Aliasghar against conviction and sentence by the High Court (“HC”) and the cross-appeal of the Respondent Public Prosecutor against sentence meted out to the Appellant.
[2]The Appellant was convicted by the HC for a charge under s. 39B(1)(a)Dangerous Drugs Act 1952s. 39B(2A)
THE AMENDED CHARGE
