COMPLAINT :

WONG THEAN FOOK (“the Complainant”) lodged a complaint under section 56(1) of the Industrial Relations Act 1967 (“the Act”) that OCEAN MINERAL WATER (M) SDN. BHD. (“the Respondent”) has failed to comply with the Award No. 624 of 2012 ( “the said Award”) in Case No: 13/4-609/2011.

A W A R D The Complainant lodged a complaint under section 56(1) of the Act that the Respondent has failed to comply with the said Award. By the said Award, the Respondent is to pay to the Complainant through his Solicitors, Messrs Surend Mokhzani & Partners a sum of RM15,000.00 by 5.6.2012.

Upon the Learned President's instruction, this Complaint was transferred
