[1] Happily, the parties appeared before me and recorded a consent order in the following terms (see encl. 74B):

Consent Order

UPON THIS APPLICATION via Summons In Chambers (Encl. 59) coming up for hearing this day in the presence of Ms. Ong Peck Ha (Mr. Cheng Poh Heng with her) solicitors for the Plaintiffs, Dato' M. Pathmanathan (Mr. Eric Clement with him) solicitors for the First, Second, Third, Fourth and Sixth Defendants and Mr. Razlan Hadri, solicitors for the Fifth and Seventh Defendants AND UPON HEARING counsel afore said, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED BY CONSENT THAT:

i) the Second Defendant, Koh Heng Jin Holdings Sdn. Bhd. ("the Purchaser") do purchase the partnership equity of the First Plaintiff Phuah Beng Chooi (6.98875%), the Estate of Tan Theng (f) deceased (8.53659%), the Estate of Koh Heng Lee @ Phuah Heng Khuan deceased (4.26830%) and the Fifth Defendant Koh Yok Kwi @ Koh Geok Kooi (8.53659%)('the Vendors') in the partnership known as St. Andrew Estate (1986)('the Partnership'); and

ii) all the parties do appoint Henry Butcher Malaysia Sdn Bhd ("the Valuer") as the licensed valuer to value as at 22.5.2006 all the oil
