JUDGMENT

Hamid Sultan Abu Backer JCA:

[1] The appellants appeal against the decision of the learned High Court judge who had set aside the Disciplinary Boards order which struck out the respondents off the Roll of an Advocate and Solicitor and substituted it with an order that the respondent be suspended from practice as an Advocate and Solicitor for a period.
