This Appeal has been filed by M/s Armour Solutions Private
Limited (‘the Appellant Company’), through its Director Ms. Soniya
Sharma invoking the provision of Section 252(3) of the Companies Act,
2013, for restoration of the name of the Appellant Company in the
register maintained by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and
Haryana (‘the RoC’).

As per the averments, M/s. Armour Solutions Private Limited was
incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 08.05.2013 with CIN
No. U74900DL2013PTC251767 under the erstwhile Companies Act,
1956, having its registered office at WZ-33 1st Floor, Gali No.10 Krishna
Puri, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018, which is within the jurisdiction
of this Tribunal.

That the main object of the Appellant Company as submitted is:
“To carry on the business in India and abroad of providing
security
services
including
manpower
to
various
institutions, corporate, firms, individuals, central, state
and foreign Govts, and enterprises / public sector
undertakings / corporations / commercial and industrial
houses, trusts, societies, embassies and other persons
and to act as security consultants, advisors and security
contractors and to supply watch and ward staff, armed
guards, wireless system, communications, security
cameras and pictures to above mentioned persons and to
provide all types of professional services involving
investigations, detectives activities, surveillance financial
and otherwise and survey, study, and services involving
specialized skills in the field of investigation etc.”

It is submitted by the Appellant Company that the RoC Delhi and
Haryana initiated proceedings under Section 248 of the Companies Act
2013 and struck off the name of the Appellant Company from its
Register vide Notice No. ROC/Delhi/248(5)/STK-7/4865 dated
08.08.2018. The name of the Appellant Company appeared at serial
no.1940 of the list of companies, whose names were struck off due to
default
