This is an application seeking to rectify certain typographical errors that have crept into

the order dated 29^th November, 2021. After pursuing the application and hearing the

submissions, the following directions are hereby ordered in the said order :-

i.

In the 8^th line on page no.1 of the said order, the company name to be read as “Manish

Movies Private Limited” in place of “Manish Movies Sales Private Limited”.

ii.

In the bottom/ footer of page no.2 to 4 of the said order, the case detail to be read as

“C. Appeal No.2
