The matter is taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing. Heard

the learned Counsels appearing for both the sides. The learned Sr. Counsel

appearing for the RP submits that the Applicant has received Rs. 1.03

Crores (Rupees One Crore Three Lacs) only in the form of Demand Draft and

this amount is in addition to the amount offered in the Resolution Plan. The

learned Senior Counsel appearing for the RP prays for allowing him to

withdraw the Application as the amount referred in the application has been

received. The RP is directed to distribute the said amount as per the section

53 of IBC only. Hence the Applicant is permitted to withdraw the application

as prayed for.
