The instant application has been filed by the applicant seeking correction of some

inadvertent typographical errors in the order dated 13/06/2022 passed in C.A. No.

132(KB)2021.

Prayer of the applicant is allowed and the rectifications are carried out as follows:

(a) In Cause Title at page 1, instead of “C.P.(CAA) No.183/KB/2021” it should be read as

“C.P.(CAA) No.183/KB/2017”.

(b) In Cause Title at page 1, the name of the Transferor Company instead of “Lentils Vincom

Private Limited”, should be read as “Lentils Vincom Limited”.

4.

Rest of the order shall remain unchanged.

5.

This order shall form an integral part of the order dated 13/06/2022.

Comp. Appl./42(KB)2022 stands disposed of accordingly.
