seeking extension of time for holding the meeting in terms of the order dated 07/09/2022.

In this order the date for holding meeting of the equity shareholders was fixed on

13/10/2022.

In view of the averments made in the application and the submissions made in Court by the

Ld. Counsel for the applicant, the order dated 07/09/2022 is modified to the extent of the

date of holding meeting of the equity shareholders to 12/11/2022. Rest of the order dated

07/09/2022 shall remain unchanged.
