Application filed by RP seeking preponement of hearing in IA 834 of 2021. The

Learned Counsel for RP states that IA 834 of 2021 is application filed by RP under

Section 30 IBC, 2016, seeking approval of resolution plan which is approved by CoC

with hundred per cent.

The Learned Counsel further states that the matter was listed on 11.01.2021, when it

was not taken up due to the notification of only urgent matter hearing and now same

is listed on 22.02.2022. The Learned Counsel further states that the approved

resolution plan was placed before the Bench for approval by this IA 834 of 2021 in the

months of November, 2021. Since the hundred per cent CoC approval is received the

same needs to be heard and decided.

Considering the submission made, we allowed the application and thereby direct to

list the IA 834 of 2021 on 07.02.2022.
