IA 442/2022: - The matter is taken up through Virtual Hearing

(VC). The present application is filed by the RP seeking urgent listing for

hearing of IA bearing No.2908/2021. It is seen from the record that the

said IA.No.2908/2021 is posted for hearing on 09.03.2022. Ld. Counsel

appearing for the applicant submitted that the IA is required to be heard

on urgent basis and the order dated 25.11.2021 is required to be

rectified. Having considered the submission of the applicant the date of

hearing of IA.No.2908/2021 is preponed from 09.03.2022 to

28.02.2022. With the aforesaid observation IA.No.442/2022 is

allowed and disposed of. List the matter on 28.02.2022. Counsel for
