Petition (IB) No. 565/2022.

Counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that the matter is settled

between the parties by entering into consent terms and requested to permit

them to withdraw the above Company Petition No. 565/2022.

Accordingly, the above Company Petition No. 565/2022 is disposed of as

withdrawn and the consent terms is taken on record. Consequently, all IA’s

and MA’s if any also stand disposed of.
