The Court is convened through Virtual Hearing (VC).

IA (Companies Act) 107 of 2022:- The present Application is filed by

Mr. Sunil Kand, Applicant in the Original Company Petition seeking

urgent listing of CA 321 of 2022 in CP 211 of 2017. Counsel

representing the Applicant explained the urgency for hearing of the

Original Company Petition. It is revealed from the records that the

matter was listed on 26.07.2022 and adjourned for hearing on

19.09.2022. Counsel appearing for the Applicant further submitted

that he has some personal difficulty to appear in the present matter on

19.09.2022 and requested to post this matter on 20.09.2022 instead of

19.09.2022. Having considered the submissions of the Counsel for the

Applicant this bench is satisfied and allowed the request. Registry is

directed to remove the said matter from the board of 19.09.2022 and

place it on 20.09.2022 be shown high on board. With the aforesaid

observation IA (Companies Act) 107 of 2022 is disposed of as

allowed.
