ORDER

IA 150/2022

This is an Application filed by the Applicant, Invesco Developing Markets

Fund, seeking fresh hearing of the Interlocutory Application bearing IA No. 57

of 2022.

It is brought to our notice that in terms of order dt. 07.06.2022, detailed order

was passed in IA 57 of 2022 and the IA 57 of 2022, which was filed for

withdrawal of the main Company Petition bearing CP (IB) No. 322 of 2021,

was allowed and disposed of and the Company Petition bearing CP (IB) No.

322 of 2021, was closed.

In view of the order passed on 07.06.2022 and since the IA 57 of 2022, has

already been disposed of, there is no question of fresh hearing of IA 57 of

2022. In that view of the matter, the present Interlocutory Application bearing

IA No. 150 of 2022, is accordingly dismissed. No order is called for.
