ORDER

1. This is an application filed by the Authorised Representative of Class of

Creditors seeking a direction against the Resolution Professional namely

Respondent No. 1, not to admit the claim of the Respondent No. 2 and to

reconstitute etc.,

2. However, the matter was argued and reserved for orders on 06.02.2021, the

Respondent No.1 i.e. the Resolution Professional has filed the written

submissions on 13.01.2022. the written submission is reproduced below;

“After arguing the Application for certain time, the said Application

was withdrawn by the collective decision of Home Buyers in larger

interest. Therefore, the said Application should be dismissed as

withdrawn. The Application was withdrawn by Adv. Pulkit Sharma

i/b

Devarajan

Raman

on

behalf

of

the

Authorised

Representative of the Home Buyers appointed by the collective

decision of the Home Buyers.”

3. In view of the Written Submission of the Resolution Professional, the I.A.

2718 of 2021 is dismissed as withdrawn.
