(hereinafter referred to as "the Act, 2013"), read with the Companies

(Compromises, Arrangements and Amalgamation) Rules, 2016, by M/s

Mahatamil Mining and Thermal Energy Limited (hereinafter referred to as the

(“Transferor Company - 1”), Dikon Infratech Private Limited (“Transferor

Company - 2”), Tethys Properties Private Limited (“Transferor Company - 3”),

Belinda Properties Private Limited (“Transferor Company - 4”), Mirach Power

Limited (“Transferor Company - 5”) and National Energy Trading and Services

Limited (hereinafter referred to as the “Transferee Company ”), seeking to
