Interpretation of statutes-
Definition of an expression in one statute--Applicability of it to the same
expression when used in another statute.

1960.
The definition of an expression in one enactment does not apply to the same
13xpression when used in another enactment unless it is so expressly provided.
Accordingly, the definition of the word" process" in section 17 of the Fiscals
Ordinance is not applicable to the same word in section 29 of the Civil
Procedure 'Code.
