Reg.1 Short title.-

This Regulation may be called the Bihar Scheduled Areas Regulation, 1971.

Reg.2 Amendment of Section 71-A Ben. Act VI of 1908.-

In Section 71 A of the Chotanagpur Tenancy Act, 1908 (Ben. Act VI of 1908) as inserted by the Bihar Scheduled Areas Regulation, 1969 (Bihar Regulation 1 of 1969), after the words' "any fraudulent method", the words "including decrees obtained in suits by fraud or collusion" shall be inserted.

Reg.3 Amendment of Section 20 of Bihar Act XIV of 1949.-

In sub-section (5) of Section 20 of the Santhal parganas Tenancy (Supplementary Provisions) Act, 1949 (Bihar Act XIV of 1949), as substituted by the Scheduled Areas Regulation, 1969 (Bihar Regulation 1 of 1969), after the words "any fraudulent method", the words "including decrees obtained in suits by fraud or collusion" shall be inserted.
