Kerala Private Forests (Vesting and Assignment) Rules, 1974

(Section 17) S.R.O. No. 1/75.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 17 of the Kerala Private Forests (Vesting and Assignment) Act, 1971 (26 of 1971), the Government of Kerala hereby make the following rules, namely:

S.20 Procedure for assignment
S.21 Resumption of assignable lands in certain cases
S.22 Form of order of assignment
S.23 Survey and demarcation charges
S.24 Issue of Patta
S.25 Liability of assignee to pay land revenue taxes and rates

S.28 Maintenance of registers and periodical check up of assigned lands
