Madras Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1951

(Updated in 2018) (As amended by Act 2 of 2014, K. G. Ext. No. 382 dt. 03/02/2014, Act 9 of 2017, Act 12 of 2018)      1 [(Madras Act No. XIX of 1951)]  An Act to provide for the better administration and governance of Hindu Religious and Charitable Institutions and Endowments in the 2 [Malabar District.]  Whereas it is expedient to amend and consolidate the law relating to the administration and governance of Hindu Religious and Charitable Institutions and Endowments in the 2 [Malabar District];  It is hereby enacted as follows:--
