As it may judge Bengal Court of Wards Act, 1879, Section 18 The words ''as it may judge most for the benefit of the property and the advantage of the ward'' as equivalent to ''as may be for the benefit of the property & the advantage of the ward'' or ''as might be judged to be most for the benefit of the property and the advantage of the ward''.
