       [Para 2]

R. R. TRIPATHI, J.

( 1 ) : after some arguments, Mr. R. D. Raval, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach appropriate forum. However, Mr. Raval submitted that as the ad interim relief has continued for all these years since 30. 4. 1991, his request is that the same may be continued for a period of three months to enable him to approach appropriate forum and seek protection. Mr. Desai appearing for the respondent Corporation cannot have any objection to this as the said protection does not cause any financial burden to the respondent Corporation.

( 2 ) PERMISSION to withdraw the petition is granted with no order as to costs. Rule is discharged. Ad interim relief granted earlier is continued upto 15. 12. 2000.
